10 Ways To Stay Happy And Productive In That Job You Don’t Really Like

At some point in our lives, we have imagined our dream job and where we want to be per time but just maybe, due to family influences, your present country or state, your academic background, challenges of life, that has not come to reality.

Like it’s always said, do not give up on your dream and even when it cannot be accomplished. You can still make whatever you find yourself doing a dream come true for you.

Thus, a lot of people have had difficulties working on their current job and thereby not giving their best, grumbling when they get queries and just manage to fit in because bills must be paid.

Here are some tips and guidelines that can be of help when followed consistently:

1.Do not dread your alarm: It is a norm to squeeze your face, turn to the other side of your bed at the first sound of your alarm. At the first ring, get out of bed immediately and play one of your favorites songs on repeat

2. Be in your best color: Dress good and neat to please yourself, that way you are excited about your looks and even get lovely compliments from colleagues.

3. Water and fruit magic: Take two glasses of water and eat any fruit of your choice to get your day started. Do not have an empty stomach to work, you need energy for the day’s job.

4. Be coordinated: Put together all documents/files from the previous day’s work, tabulate, make sure your desk is tidy to avoid searching for documents which might lead to anger at the long run.

5. Plan your day as related to your job role: Have a to-do-list, mails to send, who to call and where to go/visit.

6. Put your emotions together: Do not bring in family matters, relationships, money problems and ignore all side gossips.

7. Ignore your superior’s facial expressions and negative behavior: Accept your superior just the way they are and be respectful at all times. It would pay off.

9. Put a Smile on it: Learn to smile at all times. In doing this, you look younger, healthy and smart
