As a follow up to her popular single “Say Amen”, Aijay returns with a new song “My Heart Sings” as she celebrates her birthday today. The MMJ (Mix Master J) produced song is one of thanksgiving to God for his numerous blessings in her life.
ABOUT AIJAY
Aijay (real name Ijeoma Desmond-Ugwudi), is the third child of her family hails from Imo State. A Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) degree holder, Aijay is a practicing Laboratory Scientist who started singing at a very tender age in the children’s choir of her home church in Owerri where she grew up. She took her first “major’’ solo at the Owerri Christian Youth Forum Mass Choir concert in 1996.
She has previously recorded hit songs like Na u sabi, Chegharia(Repent), Ebubedike with Kerruzzo Entertainment which received massive air play on the radio and tv stations in 2006-2008.
Aijay sees herself as a servant who is constantly in search of her Master’s heart .She believes we were all created for a purpose and as she has found hers, one of which is to tell the world about the love of Jesus through her songs.
