ABOUT DR FELIX EZEH
A self-motivated, thorough executive with experience in academics, agriculture, banking, climate change and business development, Dr. Felix Ezeh obtained his bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Ife. A Chevening scholar, he attended the University of Reading, England, on British Council Scholarship for his M.Sc. Agricultural Management.He proceeded to Delta State University for an MBA in Marketing before embarking on his M.Sc. in Economics from the Enugu State University. He accentuated his academic pursuit with a PhD in Environmental Resources Management from Lagos State University.
Only recently, on December 13, 2016, his supervisor Professor Ayo Omotayo, of the Lagos State University, variously but positively mentioned Dr. Ezeh and his doctorial research work, “DESRTIFICATION, ANTHROPOGENIC FACTORS AND ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE AREA INDICES FOR SUDANO-SAHELIAN REGION”, in his inaugural lecture.
A multi-skilled leader with proven successes in relating with SMEs spread across South West, South East and South South, North Central and North West, Felix’ customer centricism is anchored on a good knowledge of SMEs, their needs, their needs gap and natural empathy
He rose to the position of Lecturer I in the present day University of Education, Port Harcourt before switching to banking. In banking, he worked in various areas as Head of Research and Strategy, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Departmental Head and Divisional Head, Products and Channels, at different times, in Citizens Bank, Broad Bank, Access Bank and Unity Bank. He is currently the Investment Executive for the South African but Mauritius based GroFin, a development finance outfit which focuses on support for SMEs.
Dr. Ezeh is a Fellow of Lead International, UK; Faculty Member, Lead Anglophone West Africa and Fellow Institute of Credit Administration. He is very very happily married to Princess Chinwe Virginia Ezeh (nee Okpala). Their union is blessed with four beautiful children.
ABOUT DR CHIDI OKPALUBADr. Okpaluba, Chidi is a distinction graduate of veterinary medicine from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an alumnus of Lagos business school. Dr. Okpaluba started his business with sixty naira as a student selling ties to his fellow students. He is today the group CEO/MD of quartermasters limited: the owners of citizens’ brand of electronics and home appliances and world shop electronics retail chain.
Dr. Okpaluba’s passion and life quest is to help unlock the great potentials of Africans through relentless sharing of profound knowledge distilled from so many books he has read and insights received through his encounters with his different mentors. He strongly believes that most of the poverty in Africa particularly the church is traceable to ignorance.
In pursuit of this quest, Chidi Okpaluba had run for two and half years a live personal development program on NTA called peak performance, a youth intervention program called life after school developed from his book of the same title which he takes to NYSC orientation camps and various university campuses with amazing testimonies.
He is the president of CEFARRD: a centre for African renaissance, reformation and development; a centre committed to facilitating the emergence of a new Africa through knowledge and transformational leadership. The centre organizes among other events youth and dreams leadership summit annually.
Recently Dr. Okpaluba founded a network of Christian entrepreneurs and professionals called CENTAPROF with the mission to raise an army of men and women who are leading in their various fields of human endeavor through the power of the word of God bringing solutions to the multifarious problems of our society thereby making the world a better place for all.
He is on the board of several other organizations and is happily married to a female wife and blessed with children.
In summary, Dr. Chidi Okpaluba is on earth because he has been sent to make Africa the pride of the world by inspiring her people to live to the fullness of their God given potentials through his teachings, writings, exemplary family life, creative entrepreneurial pursuits and love centered life.
