ABOUT Brian K. Moore
Lyricist Brian K. Moore believes singing is a tool that allows believers to share the goodness of God, testifying how God saved us from ourselves and utter destruction intended to destroy the effectiveness of the Good News.
Singing and music should be used for the edification of the body of Christ, as well as to enlighten and educate those that are lost.
Psalm 104:33 in the Message Bible says, “Oh, let me sing to GOD all my life long, sing hymns to my God as long as I live!”
Brian wants to encourage the listener to sing their hearts out to God, letting every detail in
their lives – words, thoughts, and actions – be done in the name of Jesus, giving thanks every step of the way.
At 19 years of age, Brian married his lovely wife, Adriane. Soon afterwards, he left for basic training to begin a 20-year career in the U.S. Army. He and his wife have four children.
At some point during his time in the Army, a desire to write poetry would return from his youth. After rededicating his life to the Lord in the summer of 1999, a yearning to write
songs was birthed. He began writing lyrics and using digital audio workstation software to create music.
“God has given me a great task to turn the hearts of men towards Him through music.” says Brian.
It is Brian’s desire to serve that compels him to write lyrics and create the kind of music that ministers to the very soul and spirit of the listener. He is a member of the True Word Christian Center (TWCC) in Old Hickory, TN, and serves on the Praise Team. Brian earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and has been an employee of Tennessee Department of Health for more than 10 years.
