Gloria Kidochukwu Ekwubi popularly known as “Kido” releases her new single “My Love”. The Delta state indigene was born in Lagos on the 23rd of September, 1991
The vocal powerhouse, profound songwriter and Worship Leader, gathered her wealth of music experience largely from leading people to God’s presence within and outside her local places of worship with the recent, Covenant Christian Center. Her passion for God and the ministry of reconciliation inspired her second single ‘My Love’ that tells of a conversation God has with his children daily.
She Shares:
“Have you ever gotten to the point where life has given you a lot and it seems like you are at its peak… Have you ever gotten so overwhelmed that you got to the point where you fell into addiction…
This brings me to the Genesis of my new single…
When life hits you hard, it’s either you fall into addiction with harmful practices or the Holy Spirit….Before a fall comes pride, before a break up comes unconcerns, before death comes sin.. God always gives us signals before the ends that befall us but then before SHINNING comes RISING … It doesn’t matter what comes our way, God’s always with us and his love for us is never changing and never ending . My Love described Gods conversation between him and his children whenever they get to a place of turmoil and at the point of throwing into towel.
I hereby implore each and every one of us to heed to the nudging we get from our Father that we may avert a lot that the devil has set up for us that we do not see…as confirmed by Isaiah 43:8″.
