Olutola Omoniyi, CEO of Praiseworld Radio made such a surprising and shocking move at the Crystal Awards 2014 on Sunday, July 20, 2014 as he proposed to his fiancée LIVE on stage.
When called up stage to present the award for the Urban/Inspirational award category, they announced the nominees, and then…TOLA (popularly known as the spice on the mic) got into a short gist-like speech, dropped down on a knee and popped the question, “Will You Marry Me?”
This was a high point of the event, as the entire audience went crazy in ovation.
