Hello precious people. Welcome to a new season of my Praiseworld Radio Blog aka “Priscilla’s Place” {#PriscillazPlace} So Spice- “the big boss” gave me the green light to kick off today that happens to be my Birthday & Anniversary(4th) Yah!!! What better way than to share this day with everyone. I am thankful to God for life and good health.
So, hummn! The #PraiseworldFAC (Female Artiste Challenge} was actually meant to be a fun teaser to a friend (Eloho Efemuai) on social media and while scheming my mischievous stuff as usual.. hehe** got stuck with the idea of challenging other Female Artistes as well to feature on this first special edition, so here we are! Humming- “lalalalala” (happy mode activated)
As funny as the idea sounds, the essence of the challenge is NOT to compete but rather a CHALLENGE to showcase CREATIVITY AND SPONTANEITY since a time frame of I week was given to everyone challenged to compose a two {2} minutes song anywhere.
Some of the artistes did theirs in form of videos, others in form of audios and kudos to artistes that did both. You might be familiar with some, and you might not know others. Its a mix of both upcoming artistes and artistes who have made a name for themselves and likewise making impact in the society. Either ways, they all share a passion to sing.
It was fun and I appreciate them all for being a good sport. I hope you enjoy it too. I have 10 gorgeous female artistes who participated and someone asked if I would feature the Males! Well…. Lol! lets see how it goes!

She joined the choir of her family church when she was 9 and has not looked back musically since then.She is a Song-Writer, Rapper and Dancer. She loves most genre of music but is naturally drawn to R&B, HipHop, Pop and Soft Rock.
She has done back ground vocals for various artists. Her musical influences are: Kierra “Kiki” Sheard, Deitrick Haddon, Amber Bullock, J Moss and Le-Andria Johnson, just to mention a few.She has an incredible sense of style which she portrays through being an Image Consultant and TV Presenter.
She currently attends Global Harvest Church Lagos. She is an Alto Part Leader in the choir (New Wine) and also functons as the choir’s Wardrobe Manager. Serah Oyerinde is a worshipper, strong vocalist and a song writer who served in the Redeemed christain fellowship ( RCF) as head of music department. She has also shared the stage with wonderful gospel artists like gbolahun odukoya and Pitasings.
She is a back up singer in The House On The Rock church Choir { Lagos Metropolitan Gospel Choir} where she has been serving for over five years.
She is married to Olakulehin oyerinde, and a mother of one.
PROJECT.
Serah oyerinde, is also a Child Rights Activists, she is the project coordinator for Christianah Fate foundation, a Non governmental organization with the vision of seeing children enjoy their childhood free from any form of sexual abuse. She has handled several projects; it shouldn’t hurt to be a child school community project! Going to schools in different communities to educate the children on how they can protect themselves….other projects include,; getting it right for teenagers and it shouldn’t hurt to be a child community project for parents and care givers.
PLANS
One of her future plans is to raise peer educators in several secondary schools with the aim raising young mentors amongst themselves, so as to make the society a better place.
She also plans to have a forum where gospel singers can come together and find room for expression.
She plans to release her new single very soon! So watch out.
