DownloadPROPANE, whose real name is Nkwonta Obinna Nonso, is a young talented, fast rising rapper and song writer who hails from Anambra state in the eastern part of Nigeria. Born on January 12th in Lagos, he is a graduate of Political Science from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
He grew up listening to different genre of music which influenced his style of music. He has been on the scene for a while now, but ventured into music professionally in 2008. He can best be described as the connecting point between the Old School focus on lyricism and the New School’s modern beats, mixing witty slangs, stories, punchlines and truth with the sickest delivery.
He is a founding member of the music movement,CIA (Christ I Abide).
Since his emergence to the music scene, he has released 6 singles ‘Fresh and Clean’, ‘Death Of My Flesh’, ‘Deception’, ‘Guy Like Me’, ‘Vessel Of Honour’, ‘Better Half and Better Life’, and also has a Mixtape ‘Correct Ya Dirty Minds’ to his credit, currently getting airplay from radio stations across the country.
