“Face to Face (The Revelation),” the latest release from ToLmusic, is more than just a melody—it’s an intense spiritual experience that reveals what is to come. The song features Mercy Sunday and Enoch Oniyide. They lead an heartfelt worship, bringing worshippers before the throne of God.
The song describes a scene of divine worship where believers and angels will see God face-to-face, bow before Him, and lay down their crowns in reverence. The declarations of “Holy, Holy is our Lord” emphasize God’s holiness and righteousness. The lyrics also proclaim that all of creation will sing praises and fall before God’s throne, giving glory to the King Almighty, signifying the supremacy and majesty of God.
Written by Tomayo Berida, a Nashville-based songwriter and leader of the ToLmusic group, the song was produced by Hossannie and mastered by Dan Shike in Lagos, Nigeria. This new release is one of many songs by ToLmusic over the years, including “Ogun ti se,” “Wonderful God,” and “Asoju.”
ToLmusic is a dynamic collection of young musicians from diverse backgrounds and professions, driven by a purpose to unleash the power of music in uplifting and inspiring souls. Drawing from Isaiah 50:4, ToLmusic aspires to be a vessel through which the right words are spoken in season, drawing individuals closer to God. This inspiration is evident in every song, leaving an indelible mark on the gospel music world.
The story of ToLmusic began in 2012 with Tomayo Berida, a drummer and keyboardist at the Triumphant Voices of The Apostolic Church Students Fellowship of Nigeria, University of Ibadan Chapter (TACSFON-UI). His passion for music and the gospel led to the creation of ToLmusic after graduation, alongside members of Triumphant Voices. The group now has members across the globe, all working toward the same purpose.
