Snatcha stuns in his new music video “Light” featuring Mike Abdul of Midnight Crew, the lead single off his first solo EP “The Value of Nothing”. Directed by Fred Williams and produced by Egar Boi.
The video which comes in a comic book movie theme has cameo appearances by Protek Illasheva.
Snatcha is one half or the dynamic Hip Hop due Rooftop MCs. It’s good to see him back on our screens. He’s equally excited about it.

Snatcha, Captain of the Unseen Forces, received his name from snatching candy bars from smaller kids. After serving punishment in an empty classroom where he was made to write a thousand Latin folk songs in Sanskrit, he decided to use his powers for good instead … Snatching souls for Christ (and the occasional candy bar when no one’s looking).
He became one half of the chart-topping group ROOFTOPMCS extended rains forced them off the roof and into the building where they agreed to embark on solo projects. As Rooftopmcs Snatcha and his partner Sokleva have been one of Nigeria’s longest standing groups. With fourteen (14) years and four (4) albums SHOCK THERAPY, 2ND FIRST IMPRESSION, MINORITY REPORT AND BACK AT ONE, Their electrifying stage performances made them concert favourites.
They have also performed alongside music greats such as GURU (OF GANGSTARR-RIP) Kirk Franklin, Martha Munizzi, Baron Cage, Bebe and Cece winans, Fred Hammond Muyiwa Olanrewaju chevelle Franklin Ron Kenoly Don Moen and a host of others. With several awards such as Best mainstream Hip Hop at the Nigeria Music Video Awards in 2008, best gospel song (Lagimo) and best gospel video (shock Therapy) at the one gospel awards in south Africa 2008, best rap group at the Africa gospel awards uk 2012 and a host of others.
They were also the first Nigerian acts to be featured BET’s MY CHAPTER MY VERSE, BET NOW and THE SPOT. All aired on BET international. Now on his solo quest, Snatcha has decided to take it to a higher level. When Snatcha couldn’t pay the going rate for a good band, he employed the Unseen Forces, who can be described as … Well, we don’t know, they’re unseen.
Snatcha and the Unseen forces, an alternative rock band with Afro influences, are set to dominate the music scene with original sounds, uplifting lyrics and breath mints for fans who scream too often … And shouldn’t
