“You cannot embrace your future while your arms are around your past – kiss it goodbye!” Bishop Td Jakes shared this power statement today 31st May 2017. The 59 year old minister had this to say:
“Once you get a glimpse of your destiny, your history will not be able to hold you anymore. What are you missing out on because you won’t let go of the past? You have got to move past who or whatever is holding you back from what God has in store for your life.
You are so much more than that situation, and God desires to do a new thing in you (Romans 8:37)! Anybody who has gone from your life was not tied to your destiny – don’t miss what is because you can’t let go of what was! Trust the process (Isaiah 55:8)!
God has a plan for your life and it far exceeds anything you could ever ask or think (Jeremiah 29:11). God is waiting to make a divine transfer into your life, but He is waiting on you to let go of the people and things that are holding you back!
You have to clear the path for the right people and relationships so you can move to the next level – is it a ministry He is waiting to birth in you? A financial breakthrough? A clean bill of health? A new relationship? Let go of your history, so your destiny can manifest!
